Ils quittent l’île de La Réunion pour la Mayenne et ouvrent leur restaurant Tipik réunionnais Alexandra et Marc-Richard Techer qui, après 37 ans de vie à La Réunion, ont quitté leur île pour s’installer en métropole.

Bouchons gratinés, caris, rougails…

Un trajet de 9 300 km pour s’établir à Laval. C’est en rencontrant le propriétaire d’une ancienne épicerie à La Gravelle que naît l’idée de créer un commerce.  J’ai proposé de rénover le local et d’ouvrir un restaurant », indique Marc-Richard Techer. Depuis novembre, les clients peuvent manger sur place ou emporter les spécialités de l’île : bouchons gratinés, caris, civets, rougails.

Outre le choix à la carte, le menu proposé varie chaque jour.  Nous avons aussi un service traiteur pour les fêtes et les cérémonies. Nous livrons jusqu’à deux cents personnes , précise Alexandra Techer.
